Configurator on your own website
One snippet on your site (WordPress, Wix, Webflow or plain HTML). Visitors pick a type, size, material and glazing, see a price indication from your own catalogue and leave their details. Every request lands in your dashboard as a lead with the configuration attached, plus an email alert. On every plan.
3D view alongside the 2D drawing
Rotate the configured frame in 3D to show the customer what they are buying. The 2D drawing stays the source of truth for dimensions and price. Availability depends on your plan.
Templates and facade views
Save a configuration you sell often as a template and drop it into a new quote. For whole projects, pick a facade view: several frames per floor and per location in one quote.
Explained add-on suggestions
While configuring, the tool points out what logically belongs with it — a fly screen on a tilt-and-turn window, a ventilation grille, a sill — with the reason and the price. Fixed, explainable rules on your own catalogue.
Branded PDF quotes
Your logo, colours and corporate text in PDF, customer emails and portal. White-label across the journey.
Discount per quote
A fixed amount or a percentage off a quote, with the reason recorded. Visible in the customer portal and on the PDF, and included in your margin.
E-signature & payments
Two-step e-signature
Customer signs with finger or mouse on phone/desktop. Audit log with IP, timestamp and geolocation. Legally binding under EU eIDAS.
Deposit & instalments by bank transfer
Down-payment at quote approval, balance after delivery. The customer portal shows IBAN, amount and a unique reference — no payment provider between you and your customer.
B2B invoicing with VAT reverse-charge
Set the VAT scenario on the quote — 21%, the 9% renovation rate, or Dutch domestic reverse-charge — and the invoice carries the required wording on the PDF.
Legal dossier per signature
Every signed quote stores a tamper-proof PDF, IP, timestamp, user-agent and signature image — exportable for disputes.

Activities, notes & tasks
Plan tasks with a due date and an assignee, and every key action (sent, viewed, signed) is logged automatically. Three days before a sent quote expires, your customer gets one automatic reminder with the portal link.
Measurement report with photos
Record final dimensions and photos on site. If the measurement differs from the configuration, you see the difference per frame before the final quote goes out for signature.
Supplier spec and production sheet
A technical order line per frame for your fabricator: sash layout, DIN handing, glazing, colour and options — deliberately without prices. As a PDF or CSV to attach to your purchase order.
Service and aftercare with photos
A complaint or warranty issue is filed against the quote it belongs to, with priority, assignee and a resolution note. After delivery your customer can file one themselves — with photos — from the portal link.
Installation planning to handover
Schedule the installer with the address and customer phone number on a mobile work order. The customer signs off digitally with photos and a checklist.

Dutch VAT reverse-charge
The domestic reverse-charge between contractors (art. 12(5) Wet OB) is one of three VAT scenarios you pick per quote. Quote and invoice get the required statement.
9% renovation rate (NL)
For Dutch private customers with homes 2+ years old: automatic split between labour (9%) and materials (21%).
Cost-price & margins
Link cost-prices per product to see live gross margin per quote. Dashboard shows monthly aggregated margin.

REST API & webhooks
Build your own integration: public REST API (v1, read-only) plus HMAC-signed webhooks for signing and payment — both available today. Moneybird syncs live (contact, sales invoice and payment). Turnkey connectors for Exact, AFAS and SnelStart are still on the roadmap; CSV export is available today.
Team and roles
Invite colleagues as admin or sales rep, each with their own login and two-factor authentication. Deactivating a team member blocks access without touching the quote history. The number of active members depends on your plan.
Multiple locations
Each branch gets its own address, phone number and quote prefix (RDM-2026-00042 next to AMS-2026-00043), while the company registration, VAT number and IBAN stay with the legal entity. The number of open branches depends on your plan.

Connect once with a personal API token. Every invoice Kozynofferte creates shows up as a sales invoice in your bookkeeping: the customer as a contact, the right VAT treatment (21%, 9% renovation or reverse-charged) and the payment registered. Starter and up.

Installable as an app on phone and tablet. If the connection drops while measuring you get a clear offline notice instead of a blank page, and carry on once you have signal again.
