How does the 50% founding-customer discount work?
First 10 window installation businesses that subscribe to Starter or Professional before 31 July 2026 pay 50% of the monthly rate for the first 6 months — that's €14.50/mo Starter and €39.50/mo Professional. After that automatically the regular rate, no surprises. No credit card during the 14-day trial.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
All amounts on this page are excl. 21% VAT. The invoice follows EU reverse-charge rules where applicable for B2B customers with valid VAT ID.
Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. All plans are monthly cancellable at the end of the current cycle. Upgrade or downgrade applies immediately and is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my quote limit?
Your account keeps working — no blocks, no upgrade nag emails. Extra quotes are billed on your next invoice: €3/each on Starter (above 25/month), €1.50 on Professional (above 150/month), free on Enterprise. A busy month doesn't force a plan upgrade.
Can I get a discount on annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing = 10× monthly rate instead of 12× — that's 2 months free. Concretely: Starter €290/year (vs €348), Professional €790/year (vs €948), Enterprise €1,990/year (vs €2,388).
How secure is my customer data?
