What is Kozynofferte?
Kozynofferte is quote software built specifically for window installation and fenestration businesses. It includes a visual configurator (frame type, material, glass, hardware), branded PDF quotes, two-step e-signature, online payment via iDEAL/SEPA, and a customer portal — all in one workflow.
Is it only available in the Netherlands?
The Dutch market is our home base because of our deep VAT-reverse-charge and 9% renovation rate logic. We are opening up to EN customers in EU/UK/IE with adjusted positioning. For non-NL companies: VAT-handling needs to be configured manually for your jurisdiction.
How much does it cost?
Starter €29/mo for 25 quotes, Professional €79/mo for 150 quotes, Enterprise €199/mo unlimited. All monthly cancellable. Founding customer programme: 50% off Professional for 6 months for the first 10 companies (valid until 31 July 2026). 14-day free trial, no credit card.
Can my customers e-sign quotes online?
Yes. Two-step e-signature is built in — customers receive a unique link, open the customer portal in your branding, sign with finger or mouse on phone or desktop. Audit log includes IP, timestamp and geolocation. Legally binding under EU eIDAS.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes — via CSV. Customers, products and price lists are imported in minutes. For larger migrations (>500 records) Richard helps personally in a free onboarding call.
