- Configurator: 32 frame types, 26 material and profile variants, 121 colours, 17 glazing options and 39 add-ons, plus 9 frame shapes (round-top, segment arch, triangle, house-shape, angled)
- 19 ready-to-use profile brands (Reynaers, Schüco, VEKA, Rehau, Deceuninck and more)
- PDF quote in your own branding (logo, colour, terms)
- Two-step e-signature (before + after measurement)
- ISDE subsidy estimate per quote (Dutch energy-saving grant), based on glass area and chosen glazing
- Deposit, milestone and final payments by bank transfer, with payment instructions in the customer portal
- Dutch VAT reverse-charge + 9% renovation rate, automatic
- Customer portal with live status, revisions and payment overview
- Material margin per quote + reporting dashboard
- Lead stage and scoring before customer creation
- Installation planning with installer work-order flow
- AI photo analysis, AI pre-send check, AI business assistant
- Knowledge base grouped by topic (VAT, technical, pricing, legal)
- Configurator widget for your own website: visitors configure a frame from your catalogue; the request lands as a lead with configuration and price indication
- Live Moneybird integration: every invoice booked automatically, including contact and payment
- Public REST API (v1) + webhooks for your own integrations (including new leads)
- CSV invoice export for import into Exact, AFAS or SnelStart
- Two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP)
- GDPR export and redaction (Art. 15 + Art. 17)
- Multi-tenant with DB isolation and audit log
On the list
Not built yet, so no date
- Live sync with Exact, AFAS and SnelStart, as already available for Moneybird. Until then: CSV invoice export for import into those packages
- Triple-glazing calculator with U-value validation
- Subsidy checker that tests per quote whether the customer qualifies (BENG / ISDE) — the ISDE estimate itself is live
- Mobile app for installers (offline measurement + photo upload)
- Separate pricing and margins per location (locations themselves are live)
